Usui/Tibetan Reiki I & II Training
Reiki is an ancient Tibetan Buddhist form of energy healing that helps activate the body’s own healing response. The word Reiki is made up of two Japanese ideograms. The first ideogram Rei represents the higher knowledge or spiritual consciousness. The second ideogram Ki represents life force energy. Therefore the practice of Reiki can be understood as the God-Consciousness (Rei) guiding the life energy (Ki). Performing Reiki involves gently placing the hands on the body and channeling this “universal life force energy” to promote physical well-being and health. This is why Reiki is such a wonderful healing energy free of negativity and filled with compassion and love.
These two courses will introduce the student to the practice of Reiki. Reiki I & II are taught on separate days and can be registered for independently. It is however required to take Reiki I before signing on for Reiki II. Handouts of class material are provided with each course. Topics covered during this course include:

- Complete treatment for self and others
- Reiki II symbols and how to use them
- Using Reiki for specific conditions
- Healing unwanted habits
- Distant healing, scanning and beaming
- Reiki I Attunement
- Reiki II Attunement

Please see the calendar for scheduled days for Reiki I and Reiki II. Both classes last from 9 am to 6 pm. Alternate dates and times can be arranged by request. The Reiki I class is a prerequisite for the Reiki II class. |
